From the panettoncino, suitable for muffins, to the large formats for the traditional Christmas cake, the Ecopack panettone alto baking moulds boast a wide range of sizes. Ecopack’s panettone alto baking moulds are made with high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal size tolerance, making the moulds suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines.
They withstand baking up to 220 °C, freezing and are certified compostable and approved for food contact.
The high panettone moulds are available in two versions: smooth band or rigid with an outer vertical wave. The versions with smooth kraft or brown band without printing and rigid with outer wave are OK Compost Industrial certified compostable.
